Employees Volunteering

The Bank sees the volunteering value as a leading organizational value, and strives to increase the scope of its volunteering activities, while encouraging its employees to take part in the different long-term voluntary activities.
Many units of the Bank have adopted volunteering focuses, in respect of which they conduct different activities and encourage their employees to participate therein.
The voluntary activity of the Bank's employees is diverse, providing assistance and support to a broad range of populations in Israel, including children and teenagers, persons with disabilities, soldiers, the infirm, the elderly and more.
